Why We’re Building a Well-Being University

As highlighted in our 10-year strategic plan, we want George Mason to become a well-being university. We want to provide an environment in which students, faculty, staff, alumni, and members of our community can all thrive in a supportive culture and lead lives of deeper meaning.

As you can see from this video, we’re well on our way to earning that distinction. Taking our lead from our Center for the Advancement of Well-Being, each of us can promote positive change in ourselves and in others in our quest to thrive together.
