In case you missed it, Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan delivered a remarkable speech on Thursday at the dedication of the Scalia Law School in honor of the late Justice Antonin Scalia.
Justice Kagan’s words highlighting the contributions of Justice Antonin Scalia to contemporary legal thinking are particularly meaningful given the fact that she voted in disagreement with him about one fourth of the time.
With six justices in attendance, I have no doubt the Scalia dedication will be remembered as a landmark in the history of our university.
